Welcome to PVY.swiss. These General Terms of Service govern your use of our Swiss Sovereign Cloud services and applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

PVY.swiss provides a sovereign cloud platform with privacy-first applications. Each customer receives a hermetically sealed cloud deployment on their own domain.

3. Data Sovereignty

All data processed through PVY.swiss services remains within Swiss jurisdiction and is protected by Swiss data protection laws. We do not transfer data to third parties or jurisdictions outside of Switzerland unless explicitly authorized by the customer.

4. Privacy Commitment

None of our applications collect telemetry data, harvest user fingerprints, or engage in any form of user tracking. This is a core principle of our service and is non-negotiable.
