You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract for a subscription or for a service or hardware within seven (7) days of placing your order, stating the reasons.

Any costs incurred for personalization, provision of services or freight costs are excluded from this and must be reimbursed or paid in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). The deadline shall be calculated as from the date of order confirmation by PVY.swiss.

Please note, that PVY.swiss has a fully robotised order fulfilment, to ensure ordered goods are reaching the customer fast. In case the order has been canceled, the customer will get charged for both ways of the shipping costs fully.

Any costs incurred for personalization, provision of services or freight costs are excluded from this and must be reimbursed or paid. The deadline shall be calculated as from the date of order confirmation by PVY.swiss .

Please note, that PVY.swiss has a fully robotised order fulfilment, to ensure ordered goods are reaching the customer fast. In case the order has been canceled, the customer will get charged for both ways of the shipping costs fully.

Warranty for goods

A warranty period of two (2) years as from the date of purchase shall apply to all hardware goods purchased from PVY.swiss such as Home / Office Appliances, Storage Packs or other Hardware Accessoires, irrespective of whether the manufacturer provides for such a warranty.

The relevant date for the calculation of the deadline is our date of dispatch under which the serial number of the device has been registered. Please note, to avoid any Product Damage trough delivery, PVY.swiss has worked with industry leading Package Designers, for outer and inner Carton Box Design.  It survived a drop of 3 meter and a delivery by car from Paris to Dakar. 

Claim for Repairs after warranty expired

PVY.swiss smart and modular design empowers user not only to upgrade their existing Appliances over an guaranteed time span of 7 years, but also for replacing parts. PVY.swiss supports the freedom of the user whenever possible and we have an dedicated documentation for such cases, both by video and technical drawings available.

We also like to state, that we work with industry leading factories, which also produce hardware design for other well known brands, to ensure our consumers getting not only by its software design the best of breed concept delivered.
