PVYpad

With PVYfiles and PVYoffice, PVY.SWISS already offers you an improved user experience compared to Office365 or GoogleDocs, where several users can work on one document at the same time.

PVYpad makes it easy to co-create content with external people, integrates with PVYmessenger for chat functionality at the document level and, if you have marked a version as a favourite, can be saved directly in PVYfiles for PVY users and conveniently downloaded for everyone else with one click as a Word document, markup file, OpenOffice file or Pad.

Let's be honest: nothing is uglier in day-to-day work than sending each other updated documents with comments or suggestions for changes. "Why keep it simple when you can make it complicated" now has a name: „PVYpad and makes life a whole lot easier“.

PVYpad is also built into PVYmeeting, where you can use the "shared notes" function to write down the meeting minutes for all participants to see, or provide other content to the participants. Also in PVYmessenger for private or public channels. Ideal for bullet points.
