PVYfiles

PVYfiles is a mixture of Office365, GoogleDocs and DropBox. It manages its own file
repositories with permissions, groups, users, versioning, snapshots and a number of
integrated online editors in the web browser as well as editors for desktop and mobile
devices, but allows conventional operation via Apple Pages/Keynote/Numbers or Microsoft
Office as well as OpenOffice or WPS Suite, or Visio etc.

The mobile apps allow defining the smartphone / tablet main storage, so that no photos or
files go to the iCloud or Google Cloud, but are only synchronized via the company's own or
personal PVYfiles. Besides multi-language, recovery, encryption of files and libraries with a
4096 bit AES key, it offers internal and external sharing that can be controlled granularly by
the user as well as the Sys-Admin. Also with a right click from the desktop.

It integrates with PVYteams and PVYgroupware with very sophisticated features, where for
example on an IMAP folder can be defined that all attachments coming from emails landing
in this box will be automatically provided in a folder "Expenses" for the accounting team.
