More than an alternative to Calendly.com, PVYcall offers privacy, and something that hardly any of the market solutions can offer: calendar synchronisation with all calendar types:

Apple, Outlook365, Office365, MS Outlook, GoogleCalendar, CalDav and PVYgroupware.

In addition to an elegant and minimalist user interface, teams and event types can also be configured, availability is synchronized by the user's own workload of linked calendars and can be restricted by time zone for each day, with buffer times before and after the last meeting.

PVYwebcall is also linked to hold meetings between PVY users directly in PVYmessenger with highly encrypted audio or video and chat, as well as for external users with PVYmeeting or PVYwebcall. If you don't want to link any of your PVYapps, you can use the built-in video engine for web meetings, which also allows you to place your company logo and recordings.

Teams can be automatically utilised via calculated workload and availabilities if you configure team-capable event types, for example for support, where either 1 employee is assigned the meeting alone or, if desired, several employees.

PVYcal redefines the interaction between employees, customers and suppliers in a very simple way and ensures that nothing is forgotten in your calendar. We took special care, that the Invite notifications are being automatically recognized from popular Email Clients and added to Calendar, such as Apple Mail, Gmail, PVYgroupware and Outlook.

You can also use it to hold paid meetings, e.g. as a consultant, lawyer, doctor or IT supporter, including screen sharing, web meeting and chat connection. Stripe, Paypal and blockchain such as Bitcoin or Etherium can be activated in the built-in billing engine for all payment methods.

Automation is possible with PVYautomat as well as with webhooks, API or, if you prefer to outsource data externally, with Zapier.com . CRM and other apps that can be linked to it can be found in the integrated PVYapp Store. In addition to Open Source Solutions like Jitsy, 34 frequently used solutions can be used with just one click. Of course, it offers Insights, the possibility of linking to PVYanalytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other systems.

PVYcal is available as a shared service for every PVY user from our own data centers at cal.pvy.swiss and can optionally be made available on your own company domain (cal.mycompany.ch) in the Enterprise version, which also enables A..I-supported round robin, workflows and your own routing workflows.

In addition to PVYmessenger and PVYteams, PVYcal meetings also support Whatapp,
Facetime, telephony and a selection of over 20 platforms for video conferences out of the
box and can be defined by event type, including Zoom, Webex and Microsoft Teams. In
addition to individual team members, entire teams can also be booked.
